內裏裝潢富心思,掛着一盞盞孔明燈、牆上鑲了多隻色彩繽紛的碟子、掛了木船杖、椰林樹影、綠色植物等等,營造大自然的環境。客人在柔和的燈光下,感覺身處在河邊進餐,舒適寫意。餐廳地方寬敞闊落, 設有多張四人枱、六至八人的長枱,亦有兩排長沙發配二至四人枱,枱與枱之間有一定距離,出入方便。

食泰國菜怎能少了冬蔭功, 友人揀了椰青鮮蜆雜錦海鮮冬蔭功湯 ($92), 一鍋份量不少, 差不多有五大碗, 以一個厚厚的鍋子盛載上枱, 若然配埋小火爐, 邊滾邊喝就更正。鮮橙色的冬蔭功湯泛着不少紅辣油, 辣度不弱, 而且越喝越酸辣, 味道香濃, 很有風味, 越喝越滋味。

友人老公愛吃牛, 為他挑選了一客慢煮黃咖喱牛腩配招牌手抓餅 ($148)。大大鍋, 份量十足, 內有多件牛腩、薯仔, 還有一些蔬菜, 全部沾滿咖喱醬汁, 烹調入味。而呈黃色的咖喱醬汁 質地濃稠, 不算很火辣, 正合我們的口味。牛腩有點似牛扒切件, 肉質腍嫩, 牛味香濃, 不錯!

配菜煮得相當入味 |
原條鮮青斑魚體積中等, 肉質鮮嫩, 特別魚頭、魚腩、魚鰭和魚尾, 相當嫩滑, 而背部肉質亦片片分明, 潔白鮮味, 比起烏頭魚和桂花魚的肉質和味道都好得多。不單止魚肉美味, 連配料也很吸引, 內有大量的肉碎、雞脾菇、娃娃菜和粉絲, 索盡魚湯, 味道美味, 結果被我們通通吃光, 難怪是推介菜式之一。。
